            <p>All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates may vary based on room type, dates,

<h2>Payment:</h2>
            <p>Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and online payment methods.
            </p>

<h2>Cancellation Policy:</h2>
            <ul>
                <li>No refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking less than 8 hours before the check-in
                    time.</li>
                <li>A 90% refund will be provided if the guest cancels the booking more than 12 hours before the
                    check-in time.</li>
            </ul>

<h2>Check-in/Check-out:</h2>
            <p>Check-in time is at 12:00 noon, and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may
                be available upon request and subject to availability.</p>

<h2>Guest Responsibility:</h2>
            <p>Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or its contents during their stay. Additional
                charges may apply for any damages incurred.</p>

<h2>Behavior:</h2>
            <p>We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or disrupts the peace and
                comfort of other guests.</p>

<h2>Liability:</h2>
            <p>Manali Cottage shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused during the
                guest's stay, including but not limited to theft, accidents, or natural disasters.</p>

<h2>Modification of Terms:</h2>
            <p>Manali Cottage reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without
                prior notice.</p>
